3. Product Information and Gaming Compatibility

Handheld gaming products may involve hardware, software, emulator, storage, configuration, and compatibility variables. Performance may differ depending on the individual game, emulator settings, software version, storage condition, and device configuration.

The R36S is primarily intended for classic retro gaming, handheld gaming systems, arcade-style gaming, and PlayStation 1-era gaming. It is not represented as a modern high-performance gaming device.

Nintendo DS, PSP, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, and other more demanding systems may produce variable results. Compatibility information is a practical guide and is not a promise that every game on a system will run perfectly.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, page content, graphics, logos, product descriptions, design elements, original editorial material, and other content on this website are owned by iGameConsole or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.

You may access and use the website for personal and lawful shopping or informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, scrape, transmit, or commercially reuse website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits that use.

Product names, game titles, platform names, trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not necessarily imply ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement by iGameConsole.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

Product information and pricing may change before an order is placed. An order confirmation confirms that we received your order request. It does not prevent us from reviewing an order before fulfillment.

We may refuse, cancel, correct, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving a pricing error, product-information error, stock issue, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, address problem, technical error, or legal or compliance concern.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange an applicable refund to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed under applicable law.

You confirm that the payment information supplied at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, customs procedures, import duties, taxes, refused deliveries, and delivery problems are explained in our Shipping Policy .

Delivery estimates are general estimates unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly shown at checkout. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, address errors, peak-season volume, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

For destinations served by our 4PX DDP shipping arrangement, applicable import duties and import taxes are handled by iGameConsole and its logistics partners as part of the delivery arrangement. Customers should not be asked to pay the same import charges again when the order is delivered.

If a destination is not served by the applicable 4PX DDP route, or if an exceptional charge is required before shipment, the applicable information will be shown before the order is completed. Nothing on this page removes any mandatory tax disclosure or consumer protection that applies to an order.

7. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Customers can use the Customer Account portal to submit eligible requests:

Customers may request cancellation as soon as possible before an order has been fulfilled or shipped. After shipment, a request will generally be handled under the applicable return or withdrawal process. A request submitted through the customer account does not automatically guarantee approval.

For EU/EEA, UK, US, and other customers, mandatory local consumer rights apply in addition to or instead of voluntary store policies where required by law.

8. Technical Support and Warranty Information

Our 90-Day Technical Support program is intended to assist with software setup, basic troubleshooting, game-loading questions, display or audio settings, button or D-pad configuration, firmware questions, and general device-use guidance.

90-Day Technical Support is not automatically a 90-day hardware warranty. Hardware defects, damaged products, incorrect products, statutory product rights, and any express warranty shown on a product page or order are handled according to the applicable policy and applicable law.

Customer Accounts may allow customers to view order information and submit eligible return or cancellation requests. Available actions depend on order status, product eligibility, the applicable rules, and the information associated with the order.

You are responsible for using accurate order and account information and for keeping access to your email address and account secure. If you cannot access your account or an expected request option does not appear, contact us with your order number.
