Returns — 30 Days
Changed your mind or it's not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return your console in original condition, with all packaging, MicroSD card, and accessories included.

Email [email protected] with your order number to start. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Arrived damaged or wrong item?
Inspect your order on arrival. If it's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo or short video. We will make it right.


90-Day Technical Support — Included with Every Unit
Hardware issues are rare. Software and configuration questions are common — and almost always solved remotely in under 24 hours.

For 90 days from delivery, our tech team is available to help with:

  • Game loading or ROM issues
  • Display or audio settings
  • Button or D-pad calibration
  • Firmware questions
  • Any other setup or performance question

Return under the 30-day policy above. Once accepted, place a new order for the unit you want. This is the fastest path to getting the right console.


European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
EU orders carry a statutory 14-day right to cancel from the date of receipt, for any reason. Item must be returned unused and in original condition with all contents.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at [email protected].


Return Shipping
We cover return shipping on all orders. If you need to return your unit for any reason, email us and we'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. You pay nothing to return.
