Thank you for choosing iGameConsole. We are committed to delivering your gaming gear safely and as quickly as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a major product launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer worldwide shipping to our gamers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (depending on destination).

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (available for select regions). Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local postal service issues.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via global tracking services.

  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes iGameConsole is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  3. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and take clear photos or videos for our tech support team to review.

  4. Missing Packages If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office and contact us within 7 days. We will do our best to assist you in locating your console.
