The dual-system architecture adds CPU overhead vs single-system builds — burn-in specifically tests stability under this combined load. Units exhibiting crash events, system-switch failures, or WiFi dropout under dual-system load are rejected.
Every button and D-pad direction tested to ≤6ms actuation threshold on the 4.2" form factor layout. The larger screen requires a slightly wider button layout — calibration validates that the increased button spacing does not introduce actuation delay. Units exceeding 10ms on any input are rejected.
SanDisk Industrial V30 128G validated via H2testw — zero bad sectors. 128G library spot-checked across both system profiles: GBA, SNES, PS1, N64 on System 1; PSP, Dreamcast, Arcade on System 2. Both profiles verified functional before shipment.
